We at Zelecks want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our walking cane. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [contact email or phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns and exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number to ensure that the item is delivered back to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.


Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.


If you would like to exchange your walking cane for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective walking cane, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos or videos of the damaged item to help us process your claim.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
